Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

Change of Mind Returns

At Big Bazaar, we encourage customers to carefully review product information, specifications, dimensions, and suitability before making a purchase.

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

This includes purchases where:

* An incorrect item, size, colour, model, or quantity has been selected.
* The product is no longer required.
* The customer has changed their preference after purchase.

Special Order, Party & Event Products

Please choose carefully when purchasing Party Ware, event decoration products, backdrop stands, plinths, arches, gazebos, gazebo accessories, and related event products.

For hygiene, handling, packaging, and product integrity reasons, these items must be returned unused, unopened, complete, and in original saleable condition before any return request can be considered.

Products that have been assembled, installed, modified, used, or are not in original saleable condition are not eligible for return.

Any return request remains subject to approval by Big Bazaar.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you believe a product is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

We may request photographs, videos, or additional information to assist with assessment of the claim.

Where a product is found to be faulty, Big Bazaar will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.

Warranty

Many products sold by Big Bazaar are covered by a manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty.

Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects and faults occurring under normal intended use.

Warranty does not cover:

* Normal wear and tear
* Accidental damage
* Misuse or neglect
* Incorrect assembly or installation
* Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions
* Environmental or weather-related damage
* Commercial use where the product is intended for domestic use

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
